An incomplete transformation of Ultra Instinct, Ultra Instinct "Sign" was used by Goku during the Universe Survival Saga and in the Moro arc in the manga. He's shown wearing his deep blue undershirt, with white pupils and slightly altered colored black hair, like in the TV show.
