It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If you've ordered a backorder item from us, we'll order it from our distributor, which should take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Once we've received the item, it will be shipped out to you immediately with your tracking number.
Yes, we offer tracked shipping as standard. Shortly after your order is shipped from our store, you will receive a courier shipping notification, which will contain a link to your tracking information.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
UK and EU member state customers do not need to pay customs charges. We deal with all of the charges for you, so there are no hidden costs upon your order arrival. Customers from countries outside the EU or those, not full EU members will be responsible for paying any applicable customs fees.
You have 30 days after dispatch to return an item for an exchange or refund. The item must be still fully packaged and no seals are broken. You must send us an email within 30 days of your shipping date in order for us to accept and process a return.
Pre Order Information
Pre Order Payment Types
You can reserve pre-order items in one of two ways: You can either purchase the item at full cost or place a deposit. If you chose to place a deposit, you can pay the balance over installments, or I can send an invoice a week before the item is due, to pay the remainder.
Pre-orders require us to commit to an order with our suppliers that is non-cancellable. In the event of a cancellation request, no deposits will be returned after 48 hours after the purchase/reservation of the item. Once a 10% deposit has been made or a pre-order has been fully paid for to reserve the item – this is a commitment to the order and the item you have reserved.
The estimated time of arrival [ETA] can vary and are not a guaranteed arrival date. We list the date given by our suppliers, but delays can and do happen. We cannot cancel your pre-order, even if delays are substantial, so please take this into account when ordering. We regularly update the product listing with the latest ETA. Keep an eye on our social media to get the latest news about your items.
Prices quoted can be subject to change, as items are only invoiced by our suppliers when they ship to us. However, price changes for pre-order items rarely happen. In the case that it does happen, we also make sure that our prices are as low as possible so that the changes will not impact you significantly.
To setup, a payment plan, click the purple Partial.ly button as you check out and set up an account with Partial.ly. You'll be able to pay a variable deposit (10% to 50%) with variable monthly payments, which should settle your balance before the expected ship date. Your item will ship when in stock and the balance is settled.

Please note: Payment Plans are only valid for purchases over £100. You'll also need to pay an added 5% of the total amount, to cover the fees for this service.
