🛍️ Ordering & Pre-Orders
A preorder item is not yet in stock but is available to reserve in advance. The estimated arrival window is shown on the product page. These dates come from manufacturers and distributors and may change due to production or shipping delays.
We update ETAs when new information is available.
This depends on the option shown on the product page:
- Some items require full payment at checkout
- Some items allow a deposit or payment plan
- If a balance is due later, you will receive an invoice by email when stock arrives or shortly before arrival
Your order confirmation will always show which method applies.
Deposits secure your reservation; once placed, they cannot normally be refunded after 48 hours.
If a deposit or payment plan option is offered:
- Your deposit secures your allocation
- The remaining balance is invoiced later
- Balance invoices are sent by email with a due date
- Orders are shipped after the balance is paid
Failure to pay the balance invoice may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
Preorders are commitments made with our suppliers. For this reason, cancellations are generally not accepted once an order is placed. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, contact us and we will review case-by-case.
Prices can change due to supplier cost updates. We aim to keep our pricing competitive — if there’s a change, we’ll contact you before balance payments are taken.
Yes. Manufacturer and distributor ETAs are estimates only. Delays are common in the collectibles industry and are outside our control. Ordering a preorder means you accept possible date changes.
For UK orders, in-stock and preorder items are shipped separately as they become available, so you don’t need to wait for everything to arrive first. You will not be charged additional shipping for standard split shipments.
For international orders, items are normally shipped together once all products in the order are available. This helps avoid multiple international shipping charges and customs issues.

📦 Shipping & Delivery
Yes — we deliver worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method chosen.
- UK in-stock orders: typically arriving within 2–3 business days
- International orders: typically between 7–16 business days (varies by carrier and country)
Exact delivery details will be included in your confirmation email once dispatched.
Tracked shipping is provided as standard. Following shipment, a courier notification will be sent with tracking details.
Yes — but only before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once shipped, address changes are usually not possible.
💰 Payment & Customs
UK orders should be delivered without extra customs charges. For EU or international orders outside the UK, local customs fees or taxesmayapply depending on your country’s import rules — these are outside our control.
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment for pre-orders and regular orders is taken at checkout.
Most preorder items can be purchased either:
• By paying in full at the time of ordering
• By paying a partial deposit (where available)
If you choose the deposit option, you will be charged the deposit amount shown at checkout. When the item arrives and is ready to ship, we will email you an invoice for the remaining balance.
The remaining balance is based on the preorder price at the time you placed your order — even if the retail price increases later.
Remaining balances must be paid within 10 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
If the balance is not paid within the allowed period, the order may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Yes — we offer Curibo Points, our loyalty rewards program.
You earn 2 Curibo Points for every £1 spent on orders. Points can be redeemed for discount coupons such as £5, £10, £15, £20 and £30 off vouchers.
You collect points even if you check out as a guest. Simply create an account later using the same email address used for your order and your points should appear automatically.

Points are added after qualifying orders and may be adjusted if an order is cancelled or refunded.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Yes, you have14 days from the date of dispatch to request a return for an exchange or refund, provided the item isunused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense. Please contact us via email for instructions.
Preorders are reserved in advance with our suppliers based on customer commitments.
If you cancel within 48 hours of placing your preorder, we may be able to cancel and refund your order. After 48 hours, deposits are generally non-refundable, as stock allocations and supplier commitments are made.
If you request cancellation of a fully paid preorder after 48 hours, non-recoverable payment processing and transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount. These are third-party fees charged by payment providers.
Cancellation requests are reviewed case-by-case and may not always be possible once supplier orders are confirmed.
To keep preorder allocations fair, accounts that show repeated preorder cancellations or unpaid balance invoices may be restricted or closed at our discretion. Any associated reward points (including Curibo Points) may also be reduced or removed where related orders are cancelled or left unpaid. These measures apply only in cases of repeated abuse, not genuine one-off situations.
If the product itself is damaged in transit, contact us with photos of the damage so we can resolve this with you quickly.
📍 Product & Brand Info
Yes — we sell brand-new officially licensed merchandise from recognised manufacturers. We do not sell bootlegs or unofficial reproductions.
Many items we sell are premium figures and models intended for collectors. Some products may not be suitable for children under 15 due to small parts or detailed construction.
We understand how important packaging condition is to our customers and do our best to select near-mint items when preparing your order. However, it is not possible to guarantee completely mint packaging.
Each order is hand-packed with care to ensure a safe journey. While we encourage collectors to enjoy their figures outside the box, we respect all collecting styles.
Please note:
- Curibo will not replace or exchange outer shipping cartons or internal mailer cartons.
- We also cannot process exchanges based solely on the style of carton you receive, as these are designed to protect the collectible and are not considered part of the item’s packaging.
You have 14 days after dispatch to return an item for an exchange or refund. The item must be still fully packaged and no seals are broken. You must send us an email within 15 days of your shipping date in order for us to accept and process a return.
Pre-orders necessitate committing to an order with suppliers that is non-cancellable. If a cancellation request is made, deposits are non-refundable 48 hours post purchase/reservation. Making a 10% deposit or fully paying for a pre-order indicates a commitment to the reserved item.
The ETA can vary and is not a guaranteed arrival date. We list the date from our suppliers, but delays can happen. Manufacturer release dates are not guaranteed and may change. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that release timing may move forward or backward.
Release date changes alone do not qualify as grounds for cancellation unless delays exceed 12 months beyond the original estimated window.

We are an online specialist retailer operating from a UK warehouse. We do not currently offer walk-in shopping or customer collection.
This allows us to focus on a wider product range and careful shipping to collectors.
