Description
Barry Allen is the Flash, the fastest man alive and the protector of Central City. Barry is one of the main characters in the Injustice series. He first joined The Regime because he believed that Superman's new outlook on the protection of Earth would protect lives. However, after witnessing the High Councilor kill Shazam, it made Barry question the whole purpose of the Regime and decided that he must leave and join Batman's Insurgency instead.
