Starting this April 1st, Bandai's high-end products like model kits and sh figuarts figures, and Banpresto statues will fall under the Bandai Spirits brand. Bandai Spirits also will sport the same logo design as the original Bandai logo but only blue.
This is part of Bandai Namco Group's 3-year plan starting April 2018 under the motto CHANGE for the NEXT 挑戦・成長・進化 (Challenge, Growth, Evolution)
