We accept returns on eligible in-stock items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging in resellable condition.
How to Request a Return
Contact us with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked return service.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected. Please allow several business days for processing plus your payment provider’s clearing time.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Reward Points & Refunds
Reward points earned from cancelled or refunded orders are reversed. If points from that order have already been redeemed, the equivalent value may be deducted from the refund.
