📦 SHIPPING POLICY
We ship from our UK warehouse to customers worldwide.
Dispatch Times
In-stock items usually dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Preorder items dispatch when stock arrives and any remaining balance has been paid.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
UK Orders — Split Shipping
For UK orders that contain both in-stock and preorder items, products are normally shipped separately as they become available.
You will not be charged additional shipping for standard split shipments.
International Orders — Combined Shipping
For international orders, items are normally shipped together once all products in the order are available. This helps avoid multiple international shipping charges and customs complications.
If you require separate international shipments, please contact us before ordering.
Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking. Tracking details are sent by email once your order is dispatched.
Carriers
We use reputable tracked delivery services. The carrier used depends on destination, parcel size, and service level selected at checkout.
Address Changes
Delivery address changes are possible before dispatch only. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has shipped, we are usually unable to change the address.
Customs & Import Charges
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates only. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and peak periods are outside our control.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact us promptly. We will investigate with the carrier. Claims must usually be opened within the carrier’s required timeframe.
