Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Preorders reserve stock in advance based on supplier allocations and customer commitments.

Estimated arrival dates shown on product pages are provided by manufacturers or distributors and are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays are common in the collectibles industry and are outside our control.


Deposits & Payment Plans

Where deposit or payment plan options are offered:

  • Deposits secure your allocation

  • Remaining balances are invoiced later

  • Orders ship after the balance is paid

If balance invoices are not paid by the due date, the order may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.


48-Hour Cooling-Off Window

Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of placing a preorder may be accepted.

After 48 hours, deposits are generally non-refundable because supplier commitments and stock allocations are made.


Full Payment Preorder Cancellations

If you cancel a fully paid preorder after 48 hours, non-recoverable payment processing and transaction fees may be deducted from the refund. These are third-party fees charged by payment providers.

Cancellation requests are reviewed case-by-case and may not be possible once supplier orders are confirmed.


Release Date Changes

Manufacturer release dates frequently change. By placing a preorder, you accept that release windows may move forward or backward.


Mixed Orders

UK mixed orders (in-stock + preorder) normally ship separately at no extra shipping charge. International mixed orders normally ship together.


Account Abuse

To keep preorder allocations fair, accounts showing repeated preorder cancellations or unpaid balance invoices may be restricted or closed at our discretion.

Associated reward points or promotional benefits may be removed where related orders are cancelled or left unpaid. This applies only to repeated abuse, not genuine one-off situations.
