We’ve recently upgraded the customer account/login system on our website to Shopify’s newer and more secure account platform.
What’s changed?
Customers may now be prompted to sign in using:
- A one-time login code sent to their email address
- Or through the Shop App if installed
Traditional passwords may no longer be required depending on your account setup.
Important
Please use the same email address used when placing your orders to access your account and order history.
Your existing orders and preorder history are still linked to your account.
