We’ve just been offered the Bandai MARVEL GAMERVERSE SH Figuarts Spider-Man Action Figure from Bandai as of 11th November. While we’re pleased to make this item available for pre-order, we want to be fully transparent with our customers regarding potential regional restrictions.
On 24th October, Bandai announced via their official Tamashii Nations Japan Facebook page that,
“Due to a license issue, we have to discontinue the commercialization of S.H.Figuarts Spider-Man (GAMERVERSE) for the Asia area (excluding Japan). Commercialization for Japan, North America, and Mexico has been confirmed and will continue as planned.”
While the item has now been offered to us for pre-order, there remains a chance that Bandai may decide not to extend the license to our region — similar to what occurred previously with the following products:

Should Bandai cancel or restrict the European release of the Spider-Man (Gamerverse) figure, all pre-orders placed through Curibo will be fully refunded.
